POUND is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Early Morning Circuit Bootcamp Workout Watkins Park, Upper Marlboro, MD -outside

This is an EARLY BIRD OUTSIDE FULL BODY BOOTCAMP. Classes will be every Tuesday at 5:30 AM Come and be challenged, get a great strength training and cardio workout, burn some serious calories, listen to great music, be part of a group, and leave satisfied. The best part is that we are in the Great Outdoors #getready This Bootcamp circuit workout works your entire body with cardio, lower body, upper body, and core exercises. Bootcamp exercises are meant to burn calories, excess fat, bring out the best in you, and prove that you can do things you never thought possible. Enjoy the music, group participation, and let’s have some fun together! Classes and workout routines are modified according to your activity and fitness level and designed for all ages. ALL LEVELS, Ladies & Gents are welcomed! You have not been to a Bootcamp until you encountered this one. You will need to give it all you got and leave it all in the workout class.
