Ready for a challenge!
Join us for this "challenge" session at the studio!
I have arranged for 2 different 2 -3 year old models to come "pose" for us. If you have ever worked with this age in a studio before, you will already know that the term "pose for us" was meant to be funny. However, we will have 2 great little babies to photograph.
You will learn (and surely see) some of the challenges and obstacles of working with this age. I will discuss some of things I tell the parents to prepare for their studio session, and I will show you a few of my "tricks". You may not walk away with a ton of images, but hopefully a bit more confidence about how to photograph babies.
I actually love photographing this age and find it very rewarding to be able to capture images for the parents.
This will be a limited RSVP event so don't delay if you wish to attend!
ALL CURRENT VIPs may RSVP as usual for this - only accepting 6 RSVPs total
No experience is necessary!!!
All you need is a DSLR camera and everything else will be explained to you. I will share my equipment, including lights and remote triggers, and teach you how to use them.
We will be working with studio lights, so you will need your Aputure trigger, if you have one (if not ... I have plenty to share) in order to capture images with the studio lighting.
We use the Aputure transceivers in our events (my transceivers work with Nikon and Canon cameras only) but I encourage you to purchase one of your own if you plan to attend more of our events or do similiar kinds of photography on your own. A set of these will also fire your flash off camera and work as a remote shutter release, and they only cost $67.

* As always the models at our events are promised at least 1 or 2 high resolution images, from each attendee, in exchange for their time and allowing us to use their images in our portfolios*
I'll look forward to seeing you there!
Please forward any questions to me at [masked]
P.S. I always encourage you to check the Meetup site the day of the event, for any changes on the event, before driving to us..
