Call for Speakers for the 2016 meeting program.

  • November 30 · 5:00 PM

If you've got a pet topic or a yearning to talk on one of the topics selected in the annual survey - then please register your interest here (by clicking the RSVP option or starting a conversation on the topic you are interested in.)

The committee group will co-ordinate the calendar and put you in touch with the MC for the event (they organise the speakers).

Similarly if you are interested in hosting (the venue) or sponsoring (drinks and or nibbles) there is a similar invite to record your interest in that. Doing it this way you'll get some extra publicity and kudos and we'll have all the information we need at our fingertips.

I offer to present any of the following three bugbears that would help improve pm work:

    1. Scope, how you fast track it, build better business cases, enable EVM

    2. Quantitative risk management, as we need to banish RAG in risk management

    3. EVM - how to make it work in traditional and Agile, and how you can make it even better if you remove the cost side (Qe I hear you think)

    Nice and controversial :)

We have 2 ladies at KPMG who would love to lead a discussion on delivering effective culture change from the project environment.

Hi everyone, always happy to present. I often present at the PMI group but have never presented at the PRINCE2 group. I could present on governance, project success or benefits if those are interesting.

Hi, I know a benefits and cost specialist who will be happy to discuss about Benefit Management within the Better Business Case. I can check if we can host the meeting too. Let me know what is the next step for me.
