Heartbeat Project @ Ministry of Social Development (MSD) -
A new approach to collecting and using Client Experience Survey data; This project aims to transform how the Ministry collects and uses feedback from clients about the services they receive.
This topic is presented by McLeish Martin (Head of Client and Channel Experience, MSD). McLeish has worked in a variety of roles in teaching, research and policy before joining MSD’s advanced analytics team in 2013 and then managed the team from 2015. He moved to New Zealand in 2009 immediately after completing a Ph.D. in Social Psychology at Texas A&M University.
