Welcome to your Creative Recovery! We'll use the Artist's Way book, "Week 8: Recovering a Sense of Strength" as a guide to our discussion. We'll do a few exercises and share our experiences. We may even play with making some art! Remember, you don't have to own the book and you don't have to be an "ARTIST" to learn from the Artist's Way.
