Paleo Staples: These are the basics every Paleo enthusiast needs to know to whip up healthy, delicious meals in minutes. We'll cover marinades, pestos, dressings, and compound butters that can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen to turn typical, bland meals into culinary delights in minutes. I'm a professional chef, with nine years of experience honing the art of Paleo cuisine. What I hear repeatedly as the largest obstacles in adopting the Paleo lifestyle is that it takes too long to prepare food, the food is boring, and/or it's too expensive. In this three-hour cooking class, let me show you how with the following recipes, you can turn virtually anything into a delectable meal; quickly and on a budget.
