If you love running and/or are training for the LA Marathon and live in the Palisades then this is a perfect group for you. We start running by the Bel Air Bay club on the beach path towards Santa Monica. This group is for runners of all levels. We will be following a training plan for the time available before the LA Marathon, made up of strides, slow/fast runs, negative splits and longer runs on Saturdays. You can follow a custom training plan if you using one already, and still run with the group and share ideas.
