Kitch’n Office will host a Japanese Fermented Food Cooking & Mindfulness Eat Meditation Workshop by inviting 2 instructors. About this Event Mutsumi will perform a cooking demonstrate of Japanese fermented living food like raw ramen, raw dumpling and raw sweets. You can learn how to prepare them as well as taste the foods after the demonstration! Fermented Living Food is a special way of preparing she developed by using both Japanese fermented products and raw foods. It has benefits and positive effects on health, intestinal regulation, diet, beauty. It's preparation is simple yet delicious. Chiyako will instruct in the method of Mindfulness Eating Meditation. She launched her own method of “AIDO”. It has many positive effects on health and wellness by adopting special meditative and philosophical methods. She was diagnosed with asthma at the age of 19 and was completely cured with aroma therapy and nutrition therapy while seeking various alternative therapies. She discovered the use of "Enzyme" and "Raw Food" in her diet and succeeded in losing more than 40 Lbs. Currently, she is actively involved in activities such as diet coaching, lecture activities, raw food training seminars, and other non-profit organizations and associations. Chiyako Chandra In 2005 she became certified as yoga instructor and started teaching under the name - “Chandra Yoga”. In 2007 she received yoga training by Master Dharma Mittra and experienced yoga with a joyful soul with an awakening of her spiritual world. She met with great masters from all over the world and has extensive training in Yin Yoga, Restructive Yoga, Thai Yoga Therapy, Chair Yoga, Rafter Yoga, Tibetan Gymnastics, etc. In 2009 her mother had a cerebral infarction and Chiyako tried to find alternative methods that will help her mother in her recovery efforts. She trained in various kinds of holistic therapies such as Reiki, aromatherapy, kinesiology, brain gym, body talk therapy, Amagi Tochi, gymnastics, euphoria. She pursues an original style of Yoga called "AIDO" balancing body and she instructs it in the US and Japan.
