Introduction to the Happiness Program
Leverage the power of the breath and meditation to transform your state of mind to achieve great happiness now. This is a free event but registration is recommended. Our center strives to be part of a vibrant organization that provides all sections of our community tools to lead happy meaningful life. We are made up of supportive committed community members dedicated to increasing knowledge and experience of meditation and breathing across our community.
