What we're about

A twice-monthly gathering to practice Mindfulness with live human beings (not shiny screens). Each session will have at least two meditations and introduce a topic or theme for exploration and discussion. Topics might include: Mindfulness of body, sounds, thoughts, or emotions as well as active listening, working with your inner critic, Non-reactivity & Kindness.
Accessible to beginners (new to mindfulness), but also applicable for those who want to deepen their existing practice.
Feel better, think clearer, stress less, improve focus and relate better to others.
Grounded in focused awareness meditation (think zooming in with a camera lens) the mindfulness practice eventually opens up to include all aspects of life experience (think extreme panorama).
The practice is simple, but not easy. So, we start gently and encourage patience and persistence (hence the practice sessions).
