Ever wanted to meditate at the park by just closing your eyes and listening to the breeze, the birds, children playing, and didn't feel comfortable doing it by yourself? Well let's sit and close our eyes together. This is not a meditation class. We will all simply meet, introduce ourselves, and close our eyes (or leave them open) for 15 minutes. We will read a short poem or a short piece from a book prior to each meditation session. If there's a poem or short reading you'd like us to open with, please submit it via email. Keep in mind that our theme as a group is oneness, interconnectedness of all things, and living in the now. We will select one submission to open with each week.
