This class is suitable for every BODY. Gentle Release yin poses and relaxing restorative poses using blankets, blocks, and bolsters to completely restore the body.

About Tai Chi:
TaiJiQuan (Tai Chi Chuan) is a time-tested art which gently exercises the body, the flow of vital internal energy, and the mind. It can be used for improved health, longevity, mental vitality, spiritual development, and self-defense. Taijiquan aims at personal well-being. This includes the attainment of grace and balance, the promotion of physical and emotional health, and the development of energy flow.

This class is for beginner/basic level social dancers who want to dance comfortably to a variety of music at parties, weddings, cruises and dance events. (You will learn basic Ballroom and Rhythm patterns in Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Cha-Cha, East Coast Swing dances.)

• What we'll do
Beginning with conscious breathing, followed by 20-25 minutes of movement flow of hatha yoga poses with an emphasis on alignment, and ending with gentle body openers and savasana.
Best for students with some yoga experience but suitable for beginners.
