Welcome! This run meets at the Fitness Together Issaquah studio,
On Thursdays we tend to run down the East Lake Sammamish Trail. Distanced go from 3 - 6. Sometimes longer.
We have several people training for half marathons and full marathons so sometimes this may go longer.
Each run usually breaks into smaller groups of different paces so everyone benefits. It's fun, it's easy-going, it gets you in better shape and it's led by professional coaches. Try it once or come every week. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
Feel free to put down your pace in the comments, fast or slow. It's not uncommon for 3 or 4 people to tell me on Monday that they would have come but they thought they would be the only runner at their pace. So please, if your new and want company, just put it in the comments so other can join you. Also, you can put down how far you plan to run.
