This group is all about parents and fitness! As a mother, professional, athlete, and personal trainer- I totally understand the many hats we wear as parents! I also know how hard it is to fit in fitness to a busy parenting life...............I also know how important it is! Movement will help you be a stronger, happier, healthier parent and person- make friends, lose weight, gain strength, enjoy nature, and increase overall well being. This group will meet to workout outside- bring your kids! We will enjoy nature, open space, and fitness together. Let's meet at Haddam Meadows State Park and I'll lead a 45 minute HIIT style workout. Think body weight strength conditioning with short bursts of heart rate high intensity training. Bring anything that might help your kids play (strollers, balls, bubbles, etc), a yoga mat, water, and yourself!
