What we’re about

This forum is not about religion.

It is about growing spiritually. Many people want to learn, to talk and be open about, spirituality. They want to develop and expand spiritually but sometimes don’t know where to turn to get answers.

We offer you a safe, honest and confidential space where there is a sharing of ideas in a loving way, without judgment of other belief systems.

Maybe you have ideas or experiences to share and express, maybe you want to gain new insights, you may just need to be seen and heard/spend time with like minded souls, or maybe you know nothing about spirituality but are curious to see what it can offer you. All are welcome to explore and communicate.

We propose that at each meeting, we start with a focus exercise to bring us all into the same ambient mood (participation not obligatory).

A topic will then be discussed (the topic for that meeting will be in the title); often perspectives or perceptions that have been covered by authors of a popular spiritual book. A few examples, in no particular order, are listed below - it doesn't matter if you have read all or none of them, bring your own suggestions!

Deepak Chopra – The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

Louise Hay – You Can Heal Your Life

Eckhart Tolle – The Power of Now and The New Earth

Trust Your Vibes - Sonia Choquette

Neale Donald Walsh - Conversations with God

Wayne Dyer – You’ll See It When You Believe It

James Redfield - The Celestine Prophecy

Greg Braden – The Holographic Universe

Gary Zukav - Seat of the Soul

The Reconnection, Heal Others, Heal Yourself - Eric Pearle

At some meetings we will also share exercises (this will also be mentioned in the title so that members are aware of when they will take place) such as:

Mindfulness Meditation

Conscious Touch

Oracle Cards

Discovery Games

These meetings should leave you feeling supported, uplifted and motivated. At the very least, they should give you something new to think about....

Come and join us. We welcome you. RSVP now. All in English (although organisers do speak French).
