yes, for weight lifting and general fitness

What would you like to try that you haven't already...?

maybe some self defence techniques

What experience do you have in different kinds of training?

I'm a member of Club Med Gym and I try and do bodybuilding and aquagym lessons as regularly as possible but I like the idea of training with other people and if it is outdoors in the summer weather, then that's fab ;o)
