With the nice weather around the corner I’d like to start exercising outdoors more, and in a group without having to pay for classes. Any age and fitness level would be welcome; I’m 23 and go the gym about 3 times a week, so I’d probably describe myself as intermediate.
My idea would be that the person leading the session (planning the exercises and bringing any equipment) would rotate every week. I’d personally be looking to do full body, high intensity kind of training but I’m open to trying different things! This isn’t personal training/a class but hopefully a group to motivate each other and exercise together.
I’m planning to start doing this every other Sunday 9am-10am from Sunday 7th July in Calderstone’s Park on the patch near to the Yew Tree road car park.
