This is a spin off of the group I started.

I am going to focus exclusively on exercise / fitness for this group.

We get together a park and do some exercises. Intenstiy level is intermediate and advanced, but beginners are always welcome.

We mainly practice kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. Swing, turkish get up, snatch, press, push up, sprint, jump, and etc.

Five Riches of Life stands for five needs required to live a fulfilled life -- Health, Purpose, Relationship, Time, and Prosperity. We are a group of curious and hungry minded human beings who seek to fulfill Five Riches of Life through referral marketing entrepreneurship.

Can you imagine how happy we can be if we have Five Riches of Life fulfilled?

Who should join?
Anybody is welcome. You do not need to join or sign up for this group to attend.

Typically 5- 15 joyful individuals attend.

FREE to attend unless notified otherwise.

Typical duration of a meeting is 75 to 90 min.

What will you do at your events?
We basically have two formats for meetings:

Some meetings are devoted to the referral marketing business the core members of this group (me included) are involved in. We promote hydrogen water and eye care supplement which are awesome. We will mark these meetings with BUSINESS PRESENTATION.

For other meetings we will simply get together and discuss on a topic related to Health, Purpose, Relationship, Time, and Prosperity. Each meeting will be devoted to one topic for the first one hour. We will mark these meetings with DISCUSSION.

We hold our regular meetings in English but occasionally there will be Japanese meetings because we have a large number of Japanese members. We will mark these meetings with JAPANESE.

We meet at the foodball field with ariticifial turf. It is by the baseball field and tennis courts. The grass field by the basket ball court is not the right meeting spot. Our focus is bodyweight and bands exercises. We also empasize warmup/cooldown. Intensity: Intermediate to advanced. begginers are weolcome. It is easyt o adjust intensity. This is a FREE event. This event is hosted by Portland Insight Mediation Cumminuty. The class will be taught by Rober Beatty whom I highly respect. A great man, hands down.
