Toastmasters Meeting

This will be a typical Toastmasters Meeting. We start with a couple of prepared speeches. This will be followed by a session on impromptu speaking, which we call "Table Topics". The last session is feedback, where the prepared speakers get feedback tailored to their specific speech project objectives, and all speakers get feedback on how well they kept within time and avoided use of crutch words such as "ah", "um", "like", "you know".

Guests who want to check us out are more than welcome. Our Club is based in a Federal Government agency, but we are open to everyone. We are a small group, but welcoming and friendly. It's a great place to get over your jitters and become a competent, assured communicator. You will even develop leadership skills in the process!

No reservations needed. Just show up!
