• What we'll do
We begin with a five minute settle and breath focus, then on to a 20 minute (sometimes guided) meditation, we end with a five minute stillness and smile.... with discussion time afterward. There is no fee for this class, a $5 donation is suggested you can put any amount in the box. The donations help buy supplies and support the group advertising.

• What to bring
Nothing, you can bring your own cushion but we have them as well as chairs.

• Important to know
All levels are welcome, take your shoes off, sit a spell. You will be happy you did.
