The parkour meetup is structured as follows:

(1) Warm-up

(2) Conditioning

(3) Technical, flow, and movement training.

(4) Cool-down

Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early as we will get started right on time. If you know you will be late, please call Keiko [masked]).

Hi, we the USC Freerunnig club are a newly-made club at the University of Southern California. I am not sure how to organize any meetings with ParkourLA, but I would really appreciate if anyone from this site could show up or show interest in helping our small club start up by teaching new members or making a guest appearance. We have no set meeting time, but Fridays tend to work best for most of our club members. If you would like to help out or are interested, please contact me at [masked] or (415) 812-0252. It would be amazing if any of you could show up to help teach or even just to train alongside us!
