This whole thing is new for me, how ever I have a background in acro-yoga and pole dance.
I am intrigued with Parkour and Capoiera. I have a strong background in weight lifting, but getting bored with the redundancy of it. Don't get me wrong, I'll always want to be solid and fit, but I want to do something way more active and challenging.
