This is a group for anyone interested in exploring equine facilitated learning, in which individuals and groups partner with horses for powerful insights and the development of personal and professional leadership.
We are managed by Bridgit Wald of EquusLibere and operate all winter long inside heated indoor arenas out of our beautiful 45-acre ranch-retreat facility, Wildsong Ranch, in Longmont, CO. Thanks to our heated arenas, we are winter firendly!
Experiences are designed to be joyful, insightful opportunities to discover equine-facilitated learning and connect with horses in a whole new way. We will be partnering with horses on the ground (no riding is involved) and working through a variety of individual and group activities that develop individual and group leadership, horsemanship skills, deepen connection, and are a lot of fun.
Our approach uses various forms of groundwork exercises that unite horse and human in a collaborative co-learning process that reveals the way participants relate to themselves and others and offers a practice ground for embodied growth.
Participants explore self-inquiry, deep listening, boundaries, self-mastery, collaborative leadership, non-predatory uses of power, and more. Immediate and actionable feedback from the horses facilitates the integration of new leadership styles and behaviors in real-time.
This group is managed by Bridgit Wald, founder and lead facilitator of EquusLibere. EquusLibere is a Boulder, CO-based equine facilitated learning organization serving individuals, groups, and organizations through equine facilitated coaching, leadership development, and transformational learning experiences.
Partnering with the horses, we custom-curate experiences for personal and organizational discovery, innovation, and transformation.
