1) Learn what is meditation and what are its benefits.
2) How to meditate - learning the correct method and learning how to stay in a meditational state
3) You will experience two different types of meditations. There will be a gap in between the two meditations
a) Relaxation Meditation- It relieves you of all the stress and rejuvenates you.
b) Intention meditation - Your intentions are powerful. When you focus concentrated energy on your intentions, the power increases tenfold.
