Tai Chi for Exercise at Pasadena Buddhist Temple

• What we'll do
Each session will start with gentle stretching and warm-up. Each series of movements will be performed slowly twice through and once at tempo. No prior experience is necessary.

Classes will be led by Rev. Gregory Gibbs. Meets Tuesdays (except 2nd Tuesday of the month) and Thursdays at 1:00 pm.

• What to bring
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes. Please bring your own water bottles, if needed.
