Start your weekend right! Take advantage of a half hour of prayerful meditation to reduce stress before you go out or stay in to enjoy your weekend.
Arrive before 6 if you want to get coffee or visit with others.
6:00 -- We begin promptly at 6 with a brief introduction and spoken prayer.
6:05 -- We meditate silently for 20 minutes.
6:25 -- We return from our meditative state and listen to a short reading from the Word. People may share their experience or state ongoing prayer requests.
6:30 -- We close with the Lord's Prayer.
