Tai Chi in the Park

If you're looking for a way to reduce stress and bring balance to the body and mind, consider Tai Chi. We will practice the 101 form Yang style movements with emphasis on breathing and chi flow. 

This is a free class. Donations appreciated.:) 

We will be flowing through the 1st segment of the Tai Chi Yang style 101 form which will includes the following: 

Grasp the Sparrows Tail (or Brocade) 

 - Ward Off Left 
 - Ward Off Right 
 - Rollback 
 - Press 
 - Withdraw 
 - Push and then
 - Single Whip

 -Clear Clear - Right hand over left (or playing the Fiddle)

 -Shoulder Press 

 -White crane spreads wings  

 -Windmill hands ( or brush knee and push)
