What we're about

We play Paizo's Pathfinder and Starfinder society games at a variety of locations in San Francisco, from game shops to breweries comic book stores. We aim to play three times a month.

New players are always welcome. Our group is mature, diverse, and welcoming. Pathfinder Society memberships are free — just ask one of the Event Coordinators before any Saturday game for some help.

Community Guidelines

We follow very similar policies which govern the Paizo messageboards (http://paizo.com/paizo/about/communityGuidelines) and Paizocon (http://paizo.com/paizocon/faq). The most important, other than to have fun, is:

Treat each other with respect and follow common sense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, basic courtesy, personal hygiene, and respect for people's persons and property. Harassment, bullying, and related inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If someone asks you to stop a behavior directed at them, or to leave them alone, do so immediately.

On Sevenfingers's Sails: Part 2

Laughing Monk Brewing

Character levels 7-11 --------------------------- Over the years, the Pathfinder Society has sent several teams into the mist-shrouded Gloomspires to explore the tomb of the legendary pirate Sempet Sevenfingers. Each has contended with unforeseen horrors, but the way to Sevenfingers's final resting place and his treasures has remained hidden and sealed—until now. While Sempet's natural life may have ended, he remains a powerful opponent, one whose mastery over the magic of the Gloomspires has allowed him to reach beyond his tomb into a realm of myths and nightmares in order to seize a frightful new source of power. Can the PCs defeat this wily ancient pirate, or will they become the next victims of Sempet's greed? Released March 2019. --------------------------- We will be playing this over two 3-hour slots, giving us 6 hours to enjoy high-tier content. Session 1 will take place on Wednesday, April 17 from 7-10 p.m. Session 2 will take place on Wednesday, April 24 from 7-10 p.m. Sign up for both on Warhorn: https://warhorn.net/events/gamescape-sf-pfs/schedule/sessions/efe352bf-69c7-4cde-8a20-3b4e0a414fc2

Fires of Karamoss

Laughing Monk Brewing

Character levels 5-9 ---------------------------- A Pathfinder expedition has uncovered hitherto unknown levels in the Red Redoubt, a millennium-old siege fortress created by the machine-mage Karamoss. A source of Numerian technology in its own backyard piques the Society’s interest, yet informants in the redoubt speak of an aggressive contingent deep below that aims to reactivate Karamoss’s powerful forges. Can the PCs salvage the fortress’s treasure while also preventing a catastrophe that could crush Absalom? New players are always welcome! What Prestige is Worth: Part 1

Laughing Monk Brewing

What Prestige is Worth ------------------------------- Character levels 7-11 Given the countless powerful relics the Pathfinder Society keeps in the vaults beneath the Grand Lodge, it should come as no surprise when there's the occasional magical outburst. However, the most recent incident involves a powerful talisman opening a portal to Hell, and the head curator Zarta Dralneen believes this event is no mere coincidence. Alongside a band of elite Pathfinders, she intends to travel through the portal to the infernal city Dis in order to close the gateway, in the process uncovering Cheliax's secret history, the follies of House Thrune, and what her role will be in the events to come. Contents in "What Prestige is Worth" also contribute directly to the ongoing storyline of the Dark Archive faction. --------------------------- We will be playing this over two 3-hour slots, giving us 6 hours to enjoy high-tier content.
