One Night in Bamako

African Rhythms in collaboration with Carolina Performing Arts of UNC-CH presents ONE NIGHT IN BAMAKO / THE MAGIC OF MALI.

Bassekou Kouyate and Fatoumata Diawara 

The Malian ensemble performing One Night in Bamako on Friday, April 11th will certainly be a favorite among students and audience members alike. Together with the Triangle’s African Rhythms, Carolina Performing Arts is curating an experience for this evening that will involve audience members from all over the area, performing groups, and post-performance participation. This performance is not one to be missed!

African Rhythms is hosting a Pre-Show Reception in the lobby of the Memorial Hall for various meetup groups in the area including this one from 7:15pm to 7:45pm. The Pre-Show will feature Kairaba Music  More Details and Ticket Info @ Carolina Performing Arts
