Wednesday evenings Pause Meditation will be holding space at the beautiful J. Pepin Art Gallery for a guided meditation journey that will help restore mind-body harmony, boost focus, and encourage alert relaxation.
Each class will include:
- guided meditation from the MBSR curriculum
- period of silence for the body~mind to sink into deep rest
- time to connect with a modern meditation community
