What we're about
Hoola-Fit is a Health & Wellness Program incorporating mindful movement practice through creative dance expression and elemental flow with hoops. Hoola-Fit is accredited by the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) and A.C.E. has determined that we burn approximately 420 calories during a 60 minute workout :)
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing, tennis shoes, & bring water.
Class hoops will be provided.
If you are interested in owning your own hoop, I will have them available at class or you can request a custom one.
