To make a turn on an over-used phrase, we're Spiritual, but not New Age. We practice Meditation based on the earliest traditions of Christian monks who sought refuge is the deserts of Egypt in the 3rd and 4th centuries, and whose teachings and practices have been kept alive on the very fringes of Christianity ever since. We follow our meditation practice under the guidance of the World Community of Christian Meditation. We meditate together weekly to support our daily meditation practice and to be come a meditating community. We read ancient and modern mystics and gather to share and learn together. Individual Spiritual Direction, and Meditation coaching is available at the Center by appointment. Silent and Guided individual retreats also available. Stop by any Monday morning at 11:00 for our weekly Meditation group.
