8 week Intro to Mindfulness, find peace from within
The benefits of mindfulness meditation are undeniable in helping to reduce stress and anxiety. Come and learn what it's all about, you will hear from the experts the scientific benefits and how it really works. Learn techniques to deal with racing thoughts, negativity, anxiety and dealing with conflict. You will receive a workbook to keep and get a chance to practice different types of meditation. The content is taken directly from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is shown to have numerous health benefits. Ashana has facilitated these sessions throughout the GTA to hundreds of participants. Send a message if you are interested and you will get the specifics of the location. 8 weeks for 1 hour each week starting Tues Sept 25/18 from 2-3pm

This is for anyone looking to join a group of like minded individuals who wish to share in the positive energy of group meditation and mindfulness practice. The benefits of meditation/mindfulness are undeniable in helping to reduce stress, anxiety and improve mental focus. Meditation and mindfulness practice helps us recognize the conditions of happiness which are already present in our lives through a guided mediation.
