Peaceful Minds is the new weekly well-being drop-in group run by Oblong. This event is FREE and refreshments teas/coffees biscuits & fruit are provided.
It is about small groups of people coming together to support each other, to find better ways to deal with stress, improve your mood and become more motivated.
It is a drop-in session so you don't have to come every week, only when you want to, or feel you need to.
It is a relaxed, safe and friendly environment where people can explore different well-being topics and simple activities and exercises. Every week, participants will choose different topics or simple exercises and discuss them in small groups - you can also suggest topics you want to talk about.
