This is a group for anyone who enjoys yoga or who has ever had an interest in trying yoga. Jen enjoys the flow and movement that a vinyasa class has to offer and the importance of linking the movement with the breath. At the same time she is focused on proper alignment and being sure to get into and out of poses safely as in the Hatha Yoga style. She teaches off of the mat meaning that she walks around the room as she gives her instructions to make sure people are doing the asana’s (poses) safely and correctly. Her classes are for all levels, from beginner to experienced yogi’s. She encourages self-exploration and self-acceptance. It is not getting into the final form of a pose that is important but the journey that you take to get there however far along that may be.
