Lets get together, practice breathing techniques and a guided meditation to calm the mind.

Followed by inspirational discussions from within the group or a guest speaker. Let's share what helps us relieve stress and achieve peace in our daily life or in a specific instance or circumstance we encountered so that we can motivate, uplift and support each other in the group.
