This Yoga class is all about creating balance between the body and the mind. After we open up the body, we hold poses longer to cultivate more compassion for ourselves, giving space to create change. This class is for all levels and modifications will be given as needed.
Please dress comfortably and no shoes are needed.
Please bring your own Yoga mats.
