Monday evenings will include both discussion on mindfulness and meditation techniques and a led practice that lasts 30-45 minutes.
This will be a recurring (and free) mindfulness group for community members who wish to develop or deepen mindfulness and meditation skills and participate in Peak Brain's new meditation community.
