This is a Meetup for the clients and community around the Peak Brain Institute location in Costa Mesa, CA! We are a brain fitness and brain performance center, supporting active engagement with neurofeedback, QEEG brain mapping, biofeedback, and mindfulness meditation training.

This Meetup is to support listings of FREE ongoing groups, talks, & classes. Our goal is to support body-mind training focused individuals, with information and connections both at Peak Brain and in the in the larger community!

Monthly events include mindfulness groups and brain health and performance talks. Let us know what you would like to learn about!

Peak Mindfulness Class Tuesdays with Robin online

Please join us for our free community mindfulness meditation hosted by Peak Brain and led by Robin. Tuesday evenings will include both discussion and led practice as well as time for stillness and active practice. This is an all levels mindfulness group for people who wish to develop or deepen mindfulness and meditation skills and participate in Peak Brain's new meditation community. In light of this, Peak Brain Institute's Mindfulness classes are also moving online. This is a wonderful way for us to continue connecting and practicing our mindfulness tools during these times of change.
