AMC 4000-Footer Club Awards Night

I am very excited to be attending this year's 4000-footer club dinner as a recent finisher! I know there are many members who have finished either their NH 4K, winter 4k, or NE67 lists this year! Please RSVP here so we'll know to look for you!

Below is information to attend this year's awards dinner! Past finishers, future finishers, friends, and family are all invited.

The Awards Dinner will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Cooperative Middle School, 100 Academic Way Stratham, NH 03885

You must reserve by March 30th for dinner if you are planning on doing so.

Schedule:

4:30-5:30 Informal gathering and exhibits
5:30-6:30 Dinner (Pizza, etc)
6:30-8:00 Presentation of awards
8:00-9:30 Opportunity for informal conversation

There is a media presentation and you can send photos in by following the directions included in your letter. Please send some in of us! I'd love to see all of our group members' smiling faces up there! :D
The cost of the dinner is $13 for adults and $7 for children under 13.

People who do not wish to join for dinner are welcome to attend the Awards Presentation and stay to chat afterward.

A donation of $2 per person is requested to help defray the auditorium rental cost; this can be paid at the door and does not require pre-registration The Dinner Reservation Form is available online but must be sent by regular mail.

    It was great being able to see most of you! I wish we could have all sat together, but that auditorium filled up quick! The slideshow was awesome and I picked up a copy at the table.     As I understand it (some one may have posted about this already) .. You only need to register for the event if you wish to attend the dinner .. Anyone can attend the award ceremony itself .. That's what I did when many of the hiking buddies received their certificates .. Also they call each awardee up separately so it does take some time :]

      You only have to register and pay if eating, but I believe you still have to check-in/register so they know you'll be there and call your name. If they don't know you're there I don't think they will call you up to the stage and will instead mail the certificate to you.

      Mike is correct, let them know you are there to get your certificate if you are getting one. They do still ask for $2pp to cover the auditorium rental.

    I need to call Eric Savage unless someone can talk to him at the event. I plan to be there for the awards but I need to get pre-registered since I won't make it until later (in time for the awards easily). I have to go to part one of a glacier travel crevasse rescue class being held at Gunstock by the AMC.
