What we're about

The Peel Real Estate Investment Club (PREIC) is an educational mastermind-like forum/platform encompassing the "vast" topic of "all-things" real estate, that has been strategically developed and organized by "Platinum" Award-Winning Realtor Christopher Higashi and Florentina Antonescu of Remax Real Estate Centres Inc., Brokerage and in an effort to further advance, procure, and improve an investor's overall knowledge of the local real estate market. Each month, there will be a different real-estate "themed" topic that will cover anything from "how to identify a quality/sound investment property", to "mortgage/construction/project/builder financing", to "what to look for when hiring trades or a property management company, etc. Members can expect exciting, knowledgeable, and experienced guest speakers, that they will be able to network before and/or after each session. The PREIC seminar will regularly take place from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on the last Monday of each month @ Mindshare Workspace Offices located at the lower level of Erin Mills Town Centre, Mississauga. We certainly hope to see you there!
