Hi Tri-ers,

Though I have been focusing on running mostly and haven't been with you this winter, I will be soon. I didn't think this could wait.

If you have a race goal currently and want to harness the power of your subconscious mind, I’ve got something for you! Using NLP you can deposit your goal into your future so that it is there for you when you run the race and all of the training runs leading up to the race.
