A one day immersion into the tools & teachings from the Penninghame Process, meet more of yourself, grow and deepen in your awareness, connect with others, and explore yourself in a safe non-judgmental space.
Do you struggle to find the courage, confidence and conviction to ask as honestly and clearly as you can and go for what you want in life? Do you find you put other peoples feelings and needs before your own and in doing so end up feeling exhausted, unhappy and dissatisfied?
This workshop is designed to reconnect to your authentic inner voice and help you to find the calmness and clarity to speak up for yourself and move in the direction of your goals.
Authenticity along with the other core values of Personal Responsibility, Personal Integrity and Equal Dignity are integral to the powerful yet clear and simple tools of awareness that are taught on the Penninghame Process in partnership with Mental Health Aware UK.
By applying these values you will be able to make real and lasting changes that can transform the way you experience life.
Our one day workshops are both an introduction to the Penninghame Process work but also stand alone as a valuable day for growing in your awareness.
They are a perfect first step on the Penninghame Process journey, as well as a great refresher and opportunity to continue to integrate the teachings if you have already attended the 6 day course.
All are welcome.
