What we're about

Sharing wellness (physical, mental, emotional) and natural living life hacks for busy adults in all seasons of life. This group is collaborative and members are open to learning about natural alternatives to help us stay above the wellness line- from meditation and essential oils to whole 30 and cross-fit (or eating #allthethings in moderation and hiking, whatever your preference may be). We can also share our favorite ways to ditch & switch toxic chemicals in our homes by replacing them with clean options on a budget!

Ideally, we would meet in a public venue where we can grab drinks and snacks, enjoy a short presentation (rotating topic hosts) and socialize afterwards with other like minded locals (and make new friends).
