PRACTICE YOGA AND GUIDED RELAXATION WITH OTHER PEOPLE OF COLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yoga is for all peoples and all body types. Unfortunately, in Los Angeles, yoga classes are very expensive and homogeneous. I am offering this meet-up to self-identified people of color who are interested in yoga but can't afford a regular class, people of color who have been insecure about practicing yoga because they don't look like the yogis in magazines or on television, and/or people of color who would like to practice yoga with other people of color.
Everyone will be asked to sign a waiver before they can participate in the yoga class.
There are mats and other yoga props at the studio.
There is no charge for the yoga class. The class is given as a Karma Yoga practice! If you want to contribute to the cost of the meet-up account you can use the chip in button on the left side of the screen or leave a donation at the studio. Suggested donation $3 to $20.
