Panel discussion at Bradley: "VIEWING RELIGION THROUGH THE LENS OF..."

LAS LECTURE SERIES: "VIEWING RELIGION THROUGH THE LENS OF THE LIBERAL ARTS AND SCIENCES: A CONVERSATION LINKING THE HUMANITIES, SOCIAL SCIENCES AND NATURAL SCIENCES"

This discussion will be lead by Dr. Robert Fuller, a religious studies professor at Bradley, who recently published a book entitled "The Body of Faith: A Biological History of Religion in America." Professor Fuller will speak for 10 or 15 minutes about the book and then Dr. Jen Jost, Biology; Dr. Dave Schmitt, Psychology; and Dr. Jeff Kosiorek, History; will all offer 10 minute responses before the discussion opens for all.

I had the pleasure of taking an eastern religion class from Dr. Fuller when I was attending Bradley and found him to be incredibly interesting. This discussion should provide some interesting and different perspectives regarding the nature of religion.

note: for all who are interested, we will meet for dinner beforehand as well. I am creating a separate meetup event for that where everybody can vote as to where they would like to eat.
