Go for a intermediate ride-Elorado and Candelas

You’re invited to join our Saturday morning group ride starting from and ending at our Westminster Performance Bicycle store.  The average pace will be between 12 and 14 miles per hour and the ride will last approximately three hours. We’ll explore some of the local bike paths available to you and experience some residential riding as well. The ride leaves the store every Saturday morning and is a “No Rider Left Behind” ride. Come out and join our ride leaders, for some fun outdoors.

This is truly a "No Drop Ride"!  If you are new to the area and what to learn some biking routes, or are just looking for a fun, supportive group, join us this Saturday.  Our ride leaders can help with mechanical problems and provide riding advice.   We usually have from 15-25 riders.  Check out the pictures from our previous rides.      29 Miles, 1600 feet Climb

This week I have a brand new route.  We will head up the Highway 36 bike-way, ride through Uptown and the Airport, then climb Eldorado.  After a refreshing downhill on Simms, we will make our way over to Candelas for another invigorating Climb.  This is a great route to break off early if you are looking for a shorter ride.

Forecast 26 degrees at 9:00 am, 41 degrees at 12:00. We can do that! Should I mention that we finally got our neoprene booties in?

This looks like a fabulous route, in fact an extension to blue mountain and it would be almost epic! But, dang, going to start out below freezing, think I'll wait till noon and bask in the warmth of the mid-40's.
