Our Half Marathon program is geared toward the moderately fit runner who has already finished a 5k or 10k and wants more of a challenge with our weekly motivation.
PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE:
- A complete 12-week training program
-Tech tee and running socks
- Weekly emails with advice from coach

- Video Gait analysis with footwear recommendation
- Seminars on cadence & speed, nutrition & hydration, etc.
Wednesday, June 18th at 7pm at our Brookfield location.
Saturday, July 5th at 7am at our Brookfield location.
$75 and does not include race registration fee.
