In this free, 1- 1.5 hour Meetup we will go over how to integrate fasting into a wellness lifestyle.

The first part of the Meetup will be a discussion about the benefits of fasting, different types of fasting and how to start. The second part will focus on how to using fasting as part of your wellness plan. We will also review what to eat between fasting days.
