About the Meetup Facilitator

My name is Derek Ralston and I’ve been studying and self-experimenting with personal growth habits for over 10 years. I’ve made it my goal to show up at this Meetup group (and my blog) and share my learnings. Given that my day job involves coaching software teams in setting small goals and iterating on them, I’m driven to take a similar approach with personal growth. I’ve learned that there’s power in starting small and iterating on a goal, whether that be losing weight, building a daily meditation habit, or living your values.
